For years we used an antiquated method of hand typing our forms. Surveys, estimates, work orders; All forms were typed on an old style typewriter to make certain that the information made it all the way through the three and four layer documents. For every business out there that still doesn’t know you, they have to get your services. The scanner is so exciting!! I have trashed 10 paper orders today and several vendor invoices, including yours. This is one the best things to happen to our computer system (the security camera is another!). The automatic off site backup is great. All our computers are working much much faster. Thanks for cleaning the junk out of the computers!!! I am sure our efficiency went up by 20 to 30%.

Chad has transformed the way we do business at Easton Events. If you don’t know what a “drop box” is …you need to! We can literally access all of our documents and pictures on the road…even when we are off line. Easy IT’s service pays for itself. The productivity and cost saving benefits are plain and simple. When I run into a problem working with a specific program and I call Easy IT, a service technician is remotely logged on to my system within minutes. I gave Easy IT a completely useless box that I figured would be buried along with all the information on its hard drive. The next day I buried the drive, but the information lives on.
